Specializing in freeze-drying a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, we have built a strong reputation for excellence in the industry.
Owned and operated by the Mock family, who are five generations of certified biodynamic apple growers, we bring a deep-rooted commitment to quality and sustainability. We are proudly certified as an Australian Certified Organic and Biodynamic Processor and adhere to international food safety standards through our HACCP certification.
We source only premium ingredients and offer an extensive range of fruit and vegetable powders and pieces. Serving industries from pharmaceuticals to food services, we supply bulk and wholesale pack sizes for further manufacturing.
We’re excited to introduce our very own TOTALLY PURE FRUITS brand of certified organic freeze-dried fruit snacks, now available for consumers seeking a healthy, delicious snack.
At Totally Pure Fruits, we operate world-class, custom-built freeze-drying machines under our “Mock Enterprises” division. We provide bulk contract freeze-drying services for various fruit and vegetable products. Our gentle drying process preserves up to 95% of the nutrition and fiber, with no additives, preservatives, sugars, flavors, or colors.
It all began with an idea.
The story of Totally Pure Fruits began with a simple yet powerful idea. When we transitioned to biodynamic farming, we faced a challenge: a significant amount of second-grade fruit that couldn’t be sold, and with little financial return from apple juice, we needed a new solution. We were committed to growing fruit that met the strict standards of organic farming, which meant no additives or preservatives, and we needed a way to preserve that fruit naturally.
Neville Mock, driven by necessity and innovation, built a prototype freeze-dryer from an old beer keg, a simple, resourceful solution that would lay the foundation for what was to come. This humble beginning marked the birth of a vision: to freeze-dry fruit in line with organic requirements, creating a pure, natural product that would stand the test of time.
30 years later, that vision has grown into the largest and longest-operating fruit freeze-drying facility in Australia. What started as a small, innovative solution has turned into a thriving business, supplying some of the best freeze-dried fruit products available, without compromising on quality, sustainability, or the biodynamic principles that started it all.
