At Totally Pure Fruits, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely and efficient manner. Below, you will find all the details regarding our shipping process.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Australia. If you are outside of these areas and wish to place an order, please contact us to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on your location and shipping method. Below are our typical delivery times:
Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier issues. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply when the package reaches its destination. These fees are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate the change.
8. Missing or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or if there are any missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will investigate the issue and either replace the damaged or missing items or issue a refund.
9. Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order before it is processed, we will issue a full refund.
